Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Hello , I am reaching out to you because I was hired by an agency called All American Healthcare staffing agency last month. I was already so behind in bills , ect I also have two children I'm caring for. I was very happy and grateful there is 2 facilities in Rhode Island that shows up on the app called all shifts one is Pawtucket healthcare and the other is Lincoln rehabilitation center. I have exact addresses for those facilities, I picked up about 6 shifts the first week then another 8 1 10 shifts after that all 3 pm to 11 pm. I started worrying after I didn't receive a paycheck the first week then after another week goes by and so many emails phone calls tears shed waiting to here that I'm going to get paid then I was told I'd have a check sent out by one of the supervisors via chat. Once again another check not in now I'm so far behind in bills phone my children are going hungry. I reached out over and over finally someone called and said he'd speak to someone from payroll. I kept working until this last week when I still didn't get paid and found got worried I didn't want the facilities holding it against me in the future. Someone from finance department calls and he tells me They are not registered in ADP for Rhode Island ! I asked him how does he pay the other cnas he told me I'm the only one in Rhode Island! This is something I have never ever been through my car is behind my phone it's going to take me weeks to be able to start another job !i have all messages Resolution Sought I just want them to see how serious this is while they are eating and paying their bills I'm sitting there working hard for them with no pay and I don't even have time to get another job I'm going to lose my car , phone my children have to eat. I need to be paid for the shifts I worked and enough to stay afloat until they resolved this and register their agency to Rhode Island so this doesn't happen to someone else again ! How can they send cnas to facilities that they are not even registered
