i scheduled this mover for yesterday and gave them a $200 deposit for my friend who wanted a few pcs moved. The move was scheduled for 3:00 pm. they called and said they would be late! I had previously called the gate to let them in but they didn't show up until 7:00 pm. My development will not let movers come after 5:00pm. my friend went to the gate to talk to them and they were very nast to her and demanded she sign the contract and the cost would now be around $500! she offered to bring them in to help move the two pieces downstairs, they refused and left! i have called several times today, and was told i can't get my deposit of $200 because i cancelled! i never signed any contract and paid this for my friend from Cash app! i am making this complaint because of the nasty way they spoke and told me I cannot get my money back because I cancelled! I did not cancel, they just left! please advise me what to do to get my $200 back! thank you! Resolution Sought I want to get my $200 back as they did not show up at the required time and were nasty!
