Customer Complaint

I filed a police report when my heirloom chest was stolen from the facility and the video revealed the maintenance guy wheeling it away to someone's car and it leaving. I also filed a complaint and was told theft protection insurance was part of the contract. It's been over 2 months and nobody has contacted me. I left messages and sent emails on their site but still nothing. Resolution Sought I want them to honor and adhere to the rental agreement I signed. I want compensation for my loss.

Per company, this issue has been resolved with the complainant. The company reached out to complainant directly and informed there was documentation that needed to be returned to their office, which the complainant turned in.
