My pool heating solar panels have damaged my roof . The INSTALLATION was done incorrectly and All American Solar has admitted to it and agreed to fix the damage . I have many messages and phone calls as proof . I have been dealing with this issue since July and Kyle has been given my excuses everyday as to why it hasn't been fixed yet! They did send out two men but the job was to big for them we need professional roofers . THREE MONTHS waiting for roofers I decided to get my own estimate of $5,103.93 . Kyle agreed with the estimate and I was to pick up the check (8-21-23) but again excuse after excuse. Now he agreed to have a check ready on Wednesday and although I have hope I doubt we will get it and I am just very frustrated with this company. Resolution Sought I would like All American Solar to give the check up to fix the damaged roof due to the companies negligence during the installation. And also take off the pool heating panels so the roofer can fix the damage.
