I was never told there was a fee for the estimate on the phone, at all. When the service man came over. He said nothing until the very end.. I was mislead and taken advantage of.. please help me in this situation. Thank you Resolution Sought Refund my money

We tell all our customers the diagnostic fee and that we collect it at the time of the diagnostic. Now you are the consumer and should have asked that question when booking. We tell you our price on the website and on the phone if you didnt ask the question yourself to get honest answer since we are honest company
