I put a down payment on a van and still owed a payment of 130 a month. The van broke down two days later and Alex Kelly is refusing to refund me or switch the vehicle for a new one. I'm a homeless mother of nine. Living in a hotel. I needed that van to get to work and take my kids to school. My husband passed and social security gave me that money to get a vehicle. Resolution Sought I would like a refund, because he refused to get the van towed back to his shop. He also refused to switch it with another one. So I would like a refund please. I've been struggling and been homeless for three years. It took three years to get child support from ssa for my husband passing. Ssa told me to contact y'all.

Company states: Amy advised me she did not make the complaint her friend did she had an opportunity to bring the van back to our repair facility and have it looked at and never did we sent a tow truck to her van to get it for her the van has since been parted out and her friend has taken the van apart in pieces there is nothing we can do at this point.
