This contractor installed gutters on our home in recent rain the gutters do not work and have failed in many areas in particular rear side of our house. The contractor has admitted its a wrong and made several comments about remedy or remedies. The problem is mr rolan paegan never shows up as he says he will for one reason or another. After several patient allowances on our end to keep forgiving a the excuses, we have come to realize it's not going to happen. We also want to note we have gushing water running off our porch roof that prior to roof replacement we never had before. Mr roland paegan keeps saying you need another gutter, in our last conversation he admitted something may be wrong on that part of the roof causing the water to gush abnormally. We simply want a full refund on gutter fee we paid that do not work so we may have a company come in that knows what they are doing. If needed I can submit all text messeges as proof of what was said and several videos of the problen.. Resolution Sought A REFUND FOR THE GUTTERS PLUS REPAIR OF PORCH ROOF ROOFING TILES AND REASON IT IS GUSHING OFF. I ALSO WANT 1 DAY PAY AS I Had to take off from work to get rid of water in my basement which the company was fully aware (all around roofing) that we were getting the water. So 1800 gutters apx 500.00 to repair porch roof and 5 hrs from work 100.00 =2400
