On June 11, 2021 we contracted All Capitol Service Corp, Richard to do a full demolition for a standing building on 4740 White Plains Rd. They claim they applied for DOB permit & r waiting on approval. Every time we call text or email for an update, there's a different issue with DOB & a different response. It has been over 2 months and they have not been able to comply to contract agreement. We just find out that there is no current permit request to DOB from All Capitol and no permits have been issued. ACS does not reply to any of our calls, test or email and constantly lies about outcome & meeting timelines for complete demolition. We feel ACS Corp may be a fraudulent corporation offering services that they KNOW cannot comply while keeping down payment given for projects contracted for. Resolution Sought If All Capitol Service Corp can NOT complete the demolition as per agreement, to acquire permits, demolished free standing building within 10 -15 days. We are requesting full payment refund ($4000.00)plus lost time incumbent ($500 -1000) as we are now behind on the second part of the project, to replace demolished site with another modern building; Now we may need to move forward with another company, that may charge us more in order to meet landlords building replacement time lines.
