We purchased a router for $350 and first month internet of $99 monthly from All Choice connect on April 28. The internet was great with speeds up to 24 mbps download and 7mbps upload...until May 19th when the sim card we were given failed. This was 3 weeks total. Conveniently enough just past our 15day trial period. Rob, the technician is our contact to resolve these issues. 3 days later he mailed us a new sim card via USPS, it took a week to arrive. On May 22nd our old sim card randomly started working again, but would drop out periodically. By June 3rd we received our new sim card. By June 5th our old sim card stopped working again so we replaced it with the new one. It is now June 13th the new sim card is set up with a throttled service, we have less than 2 Mbps download speeds and we can barely use it. An 8mb email has been unable to send for over a week now. When purchasing internet from them we specified our desired use was for work and school purposes. They assured us that they would be able to provide. At this point Rob is telling us that we should look into other internet providers after we have spent well over $650 with them. Resolution Sought I need a full refund from this business and a box to return their router to them. I am willing to pay for the $99 for the month we had internet for, but at this point if I am billed again I will expect the refunded as well. Break down of costs are $350 for ROUTER $99 FIRST MONTH (total was $450 PAID UPON PURCHUSE) $99 paid May 28th at which time we had unusable internet.
