My car was towed to All city tow lot in April 2025, I contacted the lien holder for my car so I can receive some assistance to get my car out of the tow lot. This company told my lien holder Ally Auto that the car was picked up May 15,2025, so my lien holder closed the impound case. My car was never picked up may 15,2025 because they sent me a letter May 20,2025 stating the car would be in the auction June 12,2025. This company is trying to keep my vehicle and auction it off. I went up to all city tow lot and the later quoted me $1,825 cash to get the car out of their tow lot. It is currently June 9, 2025 and I've had to get back in contact with my Leon holder so they can get the car out of all city tow lot before June 12,2025. Resolution Sought This company needs to be investigated for fraud, and I need to receive compensation for lying to my lien holder just so they can keep the car and auction it off.
