They're discriminating against applicants,

There taking rental deposits for there application fees and discriminating against the applicants. Not being specific about why there not able to rent to you. There using a bad credit report from Trans Union and everyone knows that it's not accurate or close. We qualify for everything they asked for and paid the the application fee and they did the paperwork in one day. Normally it's taking two to three days for a check of any kind and we did it on president day and the next day we were turned down. No other company we applied with could get a background check that fast because of the holiday. They're discriminating against applicants, and they're not the only ones doing it. There should be a law against gouging prices on the housing market and rental agencies asking for private information before any lease agreement is made. All money transactions should be made hand to hand anytime and that would avoid anyone from being scammed or discriminated against. People are struggling everyday to get by and have something and you have people taking advantage of others anyway they can. They should not be allowed to take money for fee's such as credit reports, and background information. That's all public records and free first and foremost. There all rental agencies choosing to do a service for others, they should have to figure out how to make it another way instead of off the backs and sweat of the applicants. They're taking a house that normally rents for 700.00 and jacking the price up 3 to 400.00 dollars more that's a profit off the renters back. Can someone stop them
