I contracted with All Decked Out LLC Millerville, Pa for a small installation project in November 2022 and gave the company a $250.00 deposit. the project was to be done in 2023. after reaching out in February of 2023 for a date i received an email stating early April 2023 from which i replied great. In March 2023 i reached out for an official date and never heard back. I have been ghosted since. I left phone messages, text message, and sent emails with no reply. In May 2023 i mailed a certified letter asking for my $250.00 back and cancel the project due to no communications. I also FAXED the letter with support. the certified letter was never signed for. still no response from the company. There are others who written similar reviews the company took money and didn't do the job. Resolution Sought i want a full refund of my deposit.
