I have been an All Guard customer since 2016. My alarm panel was not getting signals from All Guard control center. I called All Guard on June 26, 2022 and spoke to Sue Simpson. I asked Sue how much the cost to get it fix. Sue told me to pay for the battery replacement for $38.29. My understanding was to pay $ 38.29. All Guard sent me 2 technicians on August 8, 2022 to fix the panel. The battery was replaced and the technicians did some testings. I was charged $38.29 with my credit card on file as part of the agreement. However All Guard sent me a bill on September 2, 2022 for $198.75. I was NOT informed by All Guard verbally or by Sue about this bill during our conversation on June 26. I thought we had an agreement to pay only $38.29. I am disputing this charge. I want All Guard to be investigated for misleading customer, lying to customer, false claim, giving false information and price gouging. Resolution Sought I want All Guard to cancel and drop the charge $198.75.
