All In Auto sold me a defective 2013 Hyundai Genesis car with non working heat, a damaged head gasket and contaminated milky, frothy oil. Before I test drove the car I checked the function controls and found the heat not working. The salesman, Nester told me if I bought the car he would agree to fixing the heat at no cost. So I did buy it for the asking price of $10,000. It was closing time so we left and the heat was not working. I called immediately to let them know the heat wasn't working. They told me to come back in the morning. I returned the car Feb. 9, 2022. Their mechanics looked at it and wanted to charge me an extra $250 for repairs. They also told me it was a hole in the radiator. I told them, I'm not paying anything because it was an agreement if I bought the car they would fix the heat. But they never told me there was a hole in the radiator. I told them to take the car back and I wanted my money refunded. They refuse to return the money and insist on fixing the car without my consent. My mechanic said they should not have sold the car under Illinois law with any problems to the engine's main train and advised me not to drive it and have them tow it back to their dealership. They towed the car back to All In Auto on March 15, 2022 to have their mechanic diagnose it. I Do Not want the defective car and want my money returned along with lost job wages from my driving job. I drive for Door Dash. Resolution Sought I want my $10,000 returned and to be compensated $2000+ for lost wages since Feb. 8, 2022.

It has been resolved, it was always resolved. We were always fixing the vehicle and he didn't understand that it took time to source parts and get the car fixed. Jeffery now has the fixed car back and it is resolved.
