Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Hired them to file a permit for a sidewalk I had replaced with no permit. It states on our contract that the work will be complete 1-3 months from when we signed on January 19th 2022. No permit has been filed, every time I call to see where we're at the president Steve Delvecchio tells me stories that they didn't have the right form to someone is on vacation and as soon as they get back will take care of it etc. The project Manager Brian that was helping us out was fired recently and before he was fired he told me two of the three contractors Steve tried to hire do not have adequate insurance. I have text messages of all the stories from Steve, Brian the project manger and their secretary Debbie. It 4/21/22 and nothing has been done. I spoke to the highway department in North Hempstead and they told me know one has requested any application or info on my home and it would be recorded on the computer if someone did. Today I asked for my money back and he told me that he paid people and has to take out his expenses. He did nothing. I have a lawyer working on my sidewalk permit issue and he will represent me in small claims court but Im giving him a chance to do the right thing and give me my money back so I can hire another expediter resolve this issue. Resolution Sought Refund me the total amount in cash since I paid him in cash. I have a signed contract and receipt that I paid cash.
