So I'm a paying customer I came and bought two lighters now two torch lighters from the all-in-one Food Mart in Aberdeen Maryland off of West Bella Avenue their numbers 443-327-8849 tobacco shop and the lighter. I have to work so you know and then when I purchased the lighters it was right before they closed and you know I work you know 6 7 days a week so I went there just now at on the 10th at 7:48 while they were still open and they I tried to explain to him that he sold me a defective lighter twice in a row and he sits there and tell me there's no guarantee on lighters but you sell me a broken merchandise in your store then you customers always right so what he's telling me he told me right to my face that it's he can sell broken products to me and they told me to get out of the store because I asked what the name of the store was to file complaint and all I want is a new lighter. that's all I just wanted. Resolution Sought The business owner had no right disrespecting me the way he did. I'm a customer to customers always right and he sat there and told me to get out of the store because I asked him the respectfully asked him it could he please just you know give me a lighter that works and he told me no that I need to get out of the store so you know that's poor business ethic. he disrespected me as a customer and I don't think that a business should run like that
