hired all island fence to the sum of 3100 dollars put up railing and gate around yard first the sprites in the fence kept on moving back and forth the fence guy told they don't use that type anymore he fixed that by using screws in a brand new fence the gate is not straight to the eye because the previous sections were not straight ands the gate looks like shit I called them the owner would not talk to me he has a smart mouth female to do his bidding she said to me if they come to fix the gate I would have to pay them I told her I already paid to have the fence and gate installed I'm not going to pay again she politely hung up on me I've given this company close to 15000 dollars in business if you go on the better business site you would see many complaints about this company and the smart mouth female who thinks she owns the company it took this company about between tree and four months to get back to me and the girl said why did I wait so long the fencing is not even a bear old as we speak Resolution Sought either replace the fence pay for some other company to fix their terrible job or fix it themselves

This contract was fulfilled and installed according to the specifications that were on his contract. Also upon completion of installation in 11/2021 the customer signed off that the contract was completed in full and to the customers satisfaction. As discussed with the customer if he would like to make modifications after the installation was completed there is a charge to come and complete the work.

I told the guys that were doing the job that the gate was crooked. Why do I have to pay for something that should have been done right the first time? Another fence company came and looked at the job and they said it was done wrong. I have requested to speak with the owner, but was told he's too busy. I sent photos and their repair person told me they couldn't fix it. Then they sent another guy over and he told me they don't use this type of stabilizer anymore. Well, that's what they used on my fence, and the new stabilizer was never used, and they put screws in to fix it. The fence is uneven and it's affecting the gate. Your company has photos, please review. I would like the owner to look at the issue and come in person to see the job his workers did, and fix my fence to my satisfaction. I don't know who wrote the response to my complaint, but it sounds like it's coming from the receptionist who hung up on me. The owner should take responsibility for the job I paid his company for, and take responsibility for his staff. Please fix my fence.

After installation the company did send someone out to look at the completed project. At that time and at the time of installation it was explained that the fence was installed following the grade of the property. If the customer would now like it installed differently there is a cost involved to do so.
