I used this moving company on July3 2023 my items were severely damaged I filed a claim every time I call In regards to the claim it dispatches me to the local office The guy Russell was like we have to transfer you to the claims department I submitted picture of my damages As I began unpacking I started noticing I'm missing items I have yet to hear from the claims department. Resolution Sought I would like for them to pay for my damaged items as for the missing items I'm not sure what can be done about that but these moving companies need to be held accountable for their actions.
