On 9/17/21, I hired All My Son's Moving for a simple in-city move. Five city blocks later, a sofa bed was destroyed, cushions ripped off chairs, damaged leather ottoman, and several missing items had to be replaced. Large furniture is left in the middle of the room. The headquarters in Carrollton, Texas initially appeared sympathetic & understanding; gave the impression they were helpful & were expediting my claim. They were aware I was disabled & unable to move items. My claim was then given to someone on family leave. When he, Mr. Robert Owens, returned he emailed me a settlement offer of $135.00 which hardly covers the missing appliances. I still must hire a hauler, a professional mover & buy new large ticket items. I am disabled & live on a fixed income in Senior Housing; $135.00 is adding injury to injury. Resolution Sought Refund me the Entire $873.00 moving fee in addition to the funds necessary to replace the destroyed & missing items.
