I took my van to all in one on 5,13,2021 to have repairs done on my van which was the upper and lower control arms and ball joints along with the air-conditioning system . They not only had a substance abuser doing the repairs it's not complete and the repair man has been removed from his duty repairing my van . Told Jorge or George which is the manager that I needed my van by 6,12,2021 my son's birthday it has not been touched I also bought parts so the job can be done correctly . Which was the air compressor condenser, evaporator and lines these items were to either be repair or replaced which I did all the parts running for them . It's June 26, 2021 and not only has the shop not completed the job but they have forced me to repair it myself because they have not touched it . I told Jorge / George that I needed him to remove any parts for me to replace immediately because not only I needed the van for family purposes but also for business . He has not attempted nor made any effort to get the job done . Resolution Sought I would not only like to have the shop sent to a certified establishment to complete repairs but also pay for all labor cost . I do not trust them with my vehicle as do to disregard for my time and business .

Company states: Mr. Harden brought his van to All-N-1 Autobody on May13, 2021 to have his lower and upper control arms bushing repaired. He then continued to add more parts for repairs. He would come in bringing parts he purchased himself. We always try to have repairs done in a timely manner, but we do have a lot of other vehicles. Unfortunately since Covid parts do take longer to arrive delaying our work. We have to take in consideration of our other clients and respect the order on repairs. Mr. harden was not our only client at the time he brought his van, and we had to respect our other clients as well. he came multiple times entering our enclosed yard, where only employees are allowed. To avoid any further problems we would simply take parts he continually brought in. If Mr. Harden felt like we were taking a long time, why didn't he take his van somewhere else? Of course, that would be the last resource I would want the client to use. Mr. Harden came in extremely rude arguing with me. I felt uncomfortable because he was really close to my face. Like I mentioned, before my clients come first and to prevent things from worsening, I simply wanted to finish his van, dismissing other priorities in our list. The labor for the AC condensor, Evaporator tube and line were a courtesy from All-N-1 Autobody. [I have issued BCA a copy of his estimate highlighting the labor done at no charge.] Mr. Harden picked up his van on July 7, 2021 in good terms, therefore, we did not expect for him to complaint because the job was completed.
