Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Customer Complaint

I hired this company to replace my siding, gutters and downspouts damaged during the Derecho on 8/10 2020. the work was completed on 8/22/2020. The siding job was satisfactory but the gutters and downspouts were badly installed and leaked between the fascia and gutters and at all seams. The company did return and caulked the seams but the leaks continued. Over the last few months I have called repeatedly to try to get this taken care of but without success. I have received numerous promises but appointments are not kept and no explanations given. A representative did come a few weeks ago, took photos, agreed that the work was shoddy and told me that they would take care of this in a few days. After several unanswered phone calls and texts Ireceived a text on 11/3/2021 saying that the plan was to be out by the end of the week to carry out the repairs. Once again nobody showed up and I received no replies to my phone calls. I have heard nothing since. Resolution Sought I would like the company to complete the work as promised or to refund the amount needed to hire another company. I will get an estimate for this if this is what All Pro want to do.

Per the company's response on Nov. 22, they said they would be out the week after Thanksgiving. As of December 3, 2021, I have not heard from the company at all. I would appreciate a specific date when someone will come out.
