I would like an apology in writing and be welcomed back in the establishment without a mask
I was refused service today at my dentists office . That I have been in this establishment a half-dozen times last year without a mask without a problem to me this is bad business practices when I have the right to choose , that is in the Constitution and I choose not to wear a mask it is not a law it is not mandatory and I have an underlying health issue that prevents me from wearing a mask, I tried to explain myself and was turned a deaf ear. please read below 4. U.S. Title 42, Section 12101: Unlawful to Deny Entry to Persons with Disability or perceived medical condition (ADA) Your business establishment is legally defined as a place of "public accommodation" and as such you may not prohibit entry by discriminating against someone for their medical condition or disability. If someone is unable or unwilling to wear a (Mask) for one of those reasons you may not prohibit their entry, nor may you file a charge of trespassing because of their legally protected status. Just as you would not be able to deny entry to someone in a wheelchair, you may not deny entry to someone not wearing a (Mask). Having someone else shop for them, or requiring curbside delivery is NOT a reasonable accommodation, as it denies the "full enjoyment and equal access to facilities, services and accommodations," as REQUIRED BY LAW. I would like them to stop violating people's rights ,especially mine and be trained in customer relations.
