I've seen ads on Google or Facebook for this company that does estimates with blueprints. It is very time consuming and I was in need of someone to do this but I wasn't sure how they could give me an accurate estimate without talking to me or actually being in that type of business. I sent them my blueprints after looking at some of the company's information and thought I would give them a try possibly but wasn't sure of the cost yet. I told them I didn't need them to make it totally professional I just needed the numbers hoping I could get a discount if they didn't do as much work. He emailed me and said my estimate was ready and the total was $250. Once I paid they would send the estimate over. I thought that was a bit much so I thought about it for a couple days and Mon morning I decided to do it. Went on the link they supplied and paid the $250. I emailed them & I even tried to call to let them know I was waiting for the est. I never heard back. I continued trying to contact them all day and not until later did they finally respond and sent the est. When I opened it I couldn't believe they had an overall est of $39,000 almost 40. Just by me looking at the house size knows that's about over double the price it should be. I tried to contact them and finally answered & said they would redo the est & send it over that night. But now they won't respond at all. Not professional. And all they did was use Microsoft spread sheet. Resolution Sought Miley tired outcome would just be a refund for their obvious lack of knowledge, misleading advertisement, unprofessional service, and a whole host of other issues.
