DO NOT USE this company. If I could give them a negative number, I would. Fred, the owner of the company, was very unprofessional. He wasted my time and I do not appreciate that at all. I was very clear what the job description would be before he came to the property. I reiterated what our needs were while we walked one of our vacant apartments. First, he said that he did not want to take work away from our staff. How we run our business, and our staff is none of is business. He was called to provide an estimate for a very specific scope of work. He insulted us by implying that my maintenance men are incompetent, when I again told him that we only need an estimate for his company to only paint the apartments. Fred is a bully, he tried to force us to pay his company for the paint even though we are buying our own paint. He also stated that he was not removing the finishing fees from the estimate. We do not need his company to finish the walls. The estimate was inflated due to him adding items to his bid that his company would not be doing or buying, the paint or finishing the walls.
