I hired this company to replace my roof in September 2018. I started having issues not long after. I have had 2 leaks, and the flashing tore away from the roof twice. After several attempts to get the company to rectify the problems, they still were not fixed. I had to get another company to correct the shoddy workmanship. The new company had to do an overlay of the touch down rubber over the entire roof. I have since discovered that this company was not licensed in Maryland at the time. They are not licensed in DC either. I have requested a refund, but the owner is refusing to refund my money. Resolution Sought They lied to me about being licensed; therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the $5050 I paid this fraudulent company to replace my roof.
