Failed to properly install floor tile in four bedrooms. Due to the improper installation the tile started to loosen and crack. The installer who operates as Quality Improvements owned by Chuck Peterson admitted to the faulty installation and agreed in writing to return to my home and fix the faulty install, however, failed to return and it has been over a year since. I have documented proof from Peterson that he committed to return and fix the faulty install and has not done so to date. Resolution Sought To return and honor the commitment to finish the job that they were paid to do.
