I bought a car from this company many years ago. And had a very bad experience when trying to purchase again. I made a review stating as such and the people working at this company continue to keep calling, texting and harassing me and have done so for 3+ years after I have asked them to delete my information out of their system. They have all told me they will and yet continue to keep harassing me. It is different sales men within this company. Resolution Sought For them to delete my information in it's entirety and to quit harassing me.

It is not unusual for our sales staff to contact previous customers to see if they are interested in trading their vehicles and buy a newer vehicle. What is unusual though is for our employees not to listen to customers request and inform management to remove from our database any contact information for those who wish us to do so. I do remember the name Ashley which was brought to my attention a couple or three months ago by my sales manager saying that she is not happy because someone from our dealer called her more than once. I assure you ( I confirmed that today) that I personally immediately removed all her contact information from our system back then and that no one from our dealer will ever be able to call her. Also, I want to apologize on behalf of everyone at my dealer for the inconvenience that our employee(s) caused Ashley. It will never happen again.

It took All Right Auto Sales 3+ years and a cease letter and call to the local police department plus 2 complaints to act like they cared about their customers enough to quit harassing them. The response that they made is funny seeing how the online response was way different claiming they had a customer with the same name, a lie and tried to act like they didn't know their employees take great joy in harassing people to the point complaints have to be made to get them to stop on top of filing a police report. This just wasn't brought to their attention a few months ago. I have been asking for 3 years for them to leave me the hell alone. I've repeatedly stated I don't ever want to buy a car from them, I won't buy another car from them and don't need a car from them.It takes one time of saying to again, understand that no, I don't want a car and to leave me alone. But they persisted in harassing me to the point it go to where it was which was and is ridiculous. All Right Auto Sales is pathetic and their employees are even more so. It is disgusting to harass someone who has stated to quit containing then for 3+ years. Then lie and act like they didn't
