I purchased a rolling shutter from this company March 25, 2023 for $2050.00 with a 1 year warranty. The shutter didn't operate properly on Jan. 13, 2024. I reached out to get service. An appointment was scheduled for Jan 15th however due to weather rescheduled for the Wed Jan. 17th at 10am. However noone from the company showd up. I called to check if I was still being serviced that day and was sent a text message stating "the service department was was for the duration of January and to reach out to another company for services". Currently I haven't had correspondence from this company. The product is suboptimal as the metal is bending/cracking from the shutter not operating properly. Which looks as if the entire framework would need replacing. This is less than a year with is product. Resolution Sought This company has no intentions on honoring the warranty. Therefore I would like a refund of the shutter and the service charge of the above listed amount.

As stated in the warranty, there are precautions that the user of the security shutters must follow. Weather related damages are not a part of our warranty. Therefore, we are not obligated to service a Shutter if weather affects it. The client must pay for the service call. Our clients are giving precautions when it comes to weather. We have reach out to Tracy Greene via google, email, text and phone but have not received a response. We are happy to work with the client and service the shutter for a fee. We have provided the client with the warranty policy and precautions from the beginning of our installation. This client shutters have been operating perfectly since installed. The below 0 degrees weather we experienced in Chicago cause her shutter to have a temporary malfunction due to client misuse of operating the shutter per the policy in weather conditions such as 0 degrees. We are unable to refund this client due to the facts stated above.

All Secured Rolling Shutter extended a 1 year service warranty effective as of 3/25/23. I called for a repair given an appointment date/time but no one showed. I received a text and was referred to a competitor company (InterNational Shutter) Conway called on my behalf with no response..repairs completed 1/17/24 for $195.00. Subpar materials: used by the establishment; framing of shutters are splitting on both sides and box housing has multiple holes to keeping the housing secured (images included to BCA for Review). I never received any documentation regarding weather precautions, only a receipt of payments. All Secured has contacted me to resolve the issue with an appointment on 3/4/24 but again no one showed.
