They replaced my windshield. The bottom molding came off. They ordered new part, put it on. 9mo later ot comes off. Now they say they never replaced that part. And wont replace it again. I didn't get a 2nd bill because i wasn't charged for it. They ordered it. Must have record of it. Resolution Sought Fix it before it rains.

Company called stating they only replaced the windshield and molding not the cosmetic cover. That part is considered cosmetic and they don't replace that. Water should not leak into her vehicle because the windshield is properly sealed, the part that is her concern had nothing to do with the work they did.
