We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade in November 2023. After high pressure finance manager sales tactics, vehicle not being detailed, and being rushed out of the dealership, we had a small problem with the air conditioner not blowing cold air. On the second round of service for this issue, the technician working on the vehicle fell damaging drivers door frame and panel, steering wheel and dashboard. Emails and phone calls have been sent to GM Richie Gauthier, assistant service manager Kenneth Bunch, service manager Brian, All Star Automotive marketing department with no response from anyone. Today when my wife called in about the damages, the implication was made that because we are bigger people, it is taking longer to find a vehicle comparable in size to our Palisade. We are not happy with the service received at this dealership. We want our vehicle repaired and to stop being blown off by the dealership. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from All Star since 2016. Resolution Sought Stop brushing us off and repair your damages. Give us a comparable size vehicle to use while our vehicle is being repaired. Do your job!

June 22, 2021: I am a Hyundai customer of ten years. This is my second Hyundai. I purchased my current Hyundai Sonata Sport in 2014 from Allstar Hyundai of Baton Rouge. It is now being serviced in their service department and has been in their possession since May 24,2021. My purchase experience with Allstar Hyundai was friendly and I left with a car that I thought would serve me and my family's needs well. However, since then it has been my experiences with the Allstar Hyundai service department that has left me disappointed and deficient when it comes to having the terms of what my car warranty promises met. I initially brought my car into the Allstar Hyundai service department in September 26, 2020, after my oil was changed in July, 2021. Over several visits it was determined that there was an oil consumption problem. This matter is covered under my warranty. Through, the tedious process I was being told that I would have to bring my car in for several visits before a decision could conclusively be made to replace my motor. During these visits, the service department was less than forthcoming in their communication. That is problematic. As a customer with a problem that is covered under warranty information should be clear and forthcoming. I had talked to a manager who ensured me I could talk to him if there was an issue. Again, I was being told to bring my car in multiple times to address the same problem. At each visitI Resolution Sought Refund of payments for oil and time lost from my job. My personal car to be repaired or replace. Loaner car to be replaced or repaired.
