I'm a consumer who utilized the services of All State Auto Glass around Jan 07, 2024 due to needing my window replaced. A gentlemen name Shawn was dispatched by All States auto glass to come to 5753 Groom Rd in Baker, Louisiana. Shawn Replaced the window, I was charged $220.00, which was paid in Cash, I also ask Shawn could please put the Driver window back on track he stating yes and said he would on Charge $30 dollars of he could fix it and nothing if he couldn't, although he wasn't completely able to get the window back on track, I paid him the $30 dollars, the total cost paid was $250.00, Once the job was completed, later on that evening we went out in the car, this is when i noticed a problem with the door jamming, didn't think much of it at first, the problem got worst, within a few days the door completely jammed, O called Shawn explained what was going on, he stated he would come the next day, however he never came, i attempted to call him again, he answered once he heard my voice he hung up the phone.,I then called Allstate to notify them of the issue, at that time, I was told that Shawn has his own business, that he helps them sometimes, i told they would call him and send him back out, this never happened. I continued to call both parties, however there's been nothing done concerning repairing my door. I received a text on Jan 24,2024 from Shawn stating I'm coming, I replied, when? no response. It is going on three weeks that my door has been jammed, I need Help
Resolution Sought
I would like All States, as well as Shawn to take responsibility for this mistake and take the necessary steps to get my door fixed or replace it, Immediately.
