I am not sure who needs to hear this but if you're thinking of sharing your personal life or business with management don't because it'll come back to bite you in the behind. This evening at approximately 630 I will served with an eviction notice because my things were in the hallway and I will staying in the storage too long help me make sense of this. What makes more sense is that She knows my struggle and she's prejudice discriminating not only because I'm black(she had a black husband), but because I'm disabled, it's takes me longer than most to do simple things. she has also seen me struggle bringing things in and out of my vehicle up to the unit on my own without any help, The pleasure she must be experiencing to see me have to move it again This move again within 30 days will be detrimental to my health and safety. On the night of her complaint, she left a pile of things outside against our building and it started to rain so I went up to her unit and informed her it was raining in case she forgot her thing were outside. She was angry that I went to her unit to talk to her and she started yelling at me telling me it was trash and why should I care about it. I was very polite to her and expressed that I did not know it was trash all I knew is that it was raining and thought she should know. I then reminder her again that she had the hallway blocked and I politely asked her not to block the hallway. She then began yelling at me saying I was racist, and I was harassing her. This was not the case, I was doing my job and when she got verbally aggressive I reminded her that she is on a month to month lease and that I would not be renewing her lease due to her aggressiveness toward me and for not abiding by her lease agreement. (Prior to her filing this complaint with you I found her sleeping on the floor in her unit and she was informed that it was not allowed. She would also spread her clothes out all over the hallway along with other items of hers to the point where no one could get by unless she moved them. I informed her it is a hazard in case of an emergency that we need the hallways free from debris. She would also use a vanity in her unit that she had plugged in to do her hair and makeup.) She was asked politely to follow her lease agreement on numerous occasions, and she would not do so. She got angry and she began threatening me saying that I have not heard the last from her and that she would be filing many complaints on me. Ms. Clark also sent the same statement that she sent to your business to the BBB and they dismissed her complaint.
