CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Hired company June 11, 2021 to install a vinyl plank floor throughout house. The head of the company took me to the place they get their flooring and I picked out one wanted. Delay due to not in stock until 6-24. Flooring came in. Head of company sent 2 installers to install floor and after 1/2 of one room completed told me they had never done flooring before and I found out what they did do was done improperly. Went to owner and he was too busy to correct issue. I called on 7-9,7-14, 7-24, 7,28 and still nothing done Owner called me and said would be done on 8-20, again on 8-34 and then on 8-27 which he did finish all installation except one bedroom after having to tear out flooring already done since it incorrect He ran out of flooring and gave me my money back plus $185.00. He said he could do it and I gave him all his money back. I have called numerous times to get floor finished and he will not show up even though he says he will. Now wont even take my calls. He is completely paid up. He also picked up the extra floor that was needed but after so many delays I told him to just give me the flooring and i would get someone else to complete it. He will not give me the flooring. I'm at a loss as what to do. I'm 71 years old and cannot afford to hire someone else since only getSS. I need help with this and don't know how to go about it. Can you please help? Thankyou Resolution Sought I just want the contractor to give me the additional flooring so i can find someone who can install if or, him to come and finish his jjob
