June 21st had roof recovered mainly for skylight looked at skylight from inside when they were done noticed shingles inside my home they took out old one put shingles down first then new skylight on top and shingles over took picture went to show Dan (owner) he didn't look said he was in a hurry said if it leaks I'll fix and ran off rain came 5-7 days later surprise it leaks took video and sent to Amy said Dan would be out Friday morning Dan called that afternoon with an excuse said he would be here Saturday morning no show no call tried calling Monday morning and Wednesday no one ever answers just goes to voicemail and they don't call you surprise Dan called Friday afternoon with another excuse be there next day no call no show so I called for about a week and a half no call back so Wednesday Thursday called all 3 of them and left voicemail ( not a nice voicemail) surprise Amy called shortly after Dan coming Friday morning he didn't show up until 730 that night was happy until I found out he wasn't there to fix but cover with big tarp gave me his promise and word he would be here Tuesday Wednesday well no call no show gave one more call yesterday and nothing been 2 and a half months last 2 weeks with tarp maid complaint to BBB today even called help me Hank from news 4 to early to here anything so I'm trying to make as many complaints as I can trying to let as many people know don't waste your time with them he has a lot of complaints like mine needs thank you have a great Resolution Sought Just want skylight fix and done right and never deal with him again
