Customer Complaint

The towing service towed my car from my daughter's apartment complex even though I had a parking permit from the building and a handicap placard visible in the window. I called them several times and they said it was for parking in a handicap spot. I explained that the car has the placard in the window and then they hung up on me. I called back and they wouldn't answer. I arrived to the yard and they went into my vehicle and removed my placard which is highly unethical just to try to get us to pay. The building complex has a camera in front of my car showing it was in the window when they towed it. They need to have their license revoked. Arrived at 9 am missed work and was here for 6 plus hours in the sun. Resolution Sought Revoke their license and pay restitution with a formal apology and give back money paid.
