We signed a contract for a metal roof. We decided they were severely over priced so I called to cancel it. I was 20 minutes past the deadline so they refused to cancel. We tried discussing it with them but got nothing but a run around and attitude.. They dropped the materials off weeks in advance and refuse to retrieve it. They want a 50 restocking fee but they are trying to charge us 50 of the entire job which has not even been started. Their mediater has done nothing to help us through the situation and is just siding with aws. We requested an invoice for the material so we can work out a deal but they refuse to provide us with the information. Resolution Sought I would like to know how much a restocking fee for the material is, not for the entire job. I would like the material picked up if we can't come to an agreement on the price of said material.
