I payed them 400.00 for a used engine to be shipped to me on September 7 2021 . When i didn't get the engine after 10 working days, i called and was told i would have it in 3 days ... after 6 days i called the trucking company to see what happened and was told they weren't a trucking company at all . They are a credit card processing company (Fab co trucking ) so i called all zone and after a few hours of no answer on the phone. I got a hold of the salesperson and he said if i would give them till the 29 of September they maybe able to fine a engine .. i said that i wanted a refund of my money. i was told 10 working days to get it .. i called the credit card company to see what they could do about this and they contacted all zone. i called all zone a few days later and was told to get my money from the credit card company and the salesperson told me because I filed a complaint about them i wasn't going to get shit and for me to f*k off and hung up on me .. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of 400.00 and to let future customers to be careful when doing business with this company
