1st a sales man came in to offer a service for auto repair information, then bamboozled me in to signing a contract on the premises that today was the last day for the deal to get a discount on the information for repairing vehicles. I signed the contract as a corporation owner and I was unable to get the proper information for the first 3 vehicles I needed to repair ..so they offered me holiness help which costs additional .then I still wasn't able to repair the vehicles In my shop because their specialty technicians couldn't help .so I had to send the vehicles out to other shops one went to David Chevy and was repaired in one day a broken wire at the emc .couldn't get any information on this one, the second one went to a local shop which 2 technicians from the howling couldn't give me the information I needed to repair it .the local shop repaired it with a loss of ground to the ignition coil circuit .which was repaired in a few hours which I paid the shop and I no it was repaired cuz the vehicle still comes to my shop for all other repairs and their was a 3rd vehicles, but by this time I was frustrated and couldn't deal with them anymore and asked to cancel my subscription to all data with multiple calls and conversations got no where .at some point a representative said to me not to pay any or and they would just not allow me to come back till I pay money owed, which is what I did, now they keep harassing me with calls, emails and a letter. Resolution Sought I would like the contract cancelled not be harassed and not have to pay anything more. I paid 3 months and haven't been able to use the service since the 2nd month it's been somehow locked, which I don't care unable to navigate the program and that was part of the problem.
