I order a pair of horror tennis shoes for Christmas gift 12-23-23. They did not fit. I texted them and asked to exchange them. They texted and said they would review request. They text back and said they could not do that. A few days later I looked at shoes and they were size 41. I ordered a size 38. I went by a conversion chart on google. So this wasn't even my mistake it was there's. I read in their sight that if they let you return something you must return in original pkg and customer is responsible for postage. If you can get them to either exchange I think they should give me a mailing label. If they just want to return money that would be okay too. Order number is ADT422422.I ordered size 8 which is 39 and they sent a 41 which is size 10. Resolution Sought Exchange shoes for right size and send a mailing label to for do it return my money.
