I am trying to get my brain MRI approval. It was ordered in the Spring and is scheduled for Thursday the 22. I checked in early September because I did not get a message from Ava-core who does the approval Ava-core still doesn't have the request. I called Highmark and the representative and he found that Dr. Yu's office does not send the requests. It is sent somewhere in house at AGH to send our the requests. The would not give the Highmark representative the phone number or transfer him to that department. This is just a circle jerk and all I get are press one for this and two for that. This system doesn't work Resolution Sought Have someone take ownership of this debacle and get my MRI
