Company has declined all service maintenance requests since purchased contract,car was at facility since 10 days ago waiting for their inspector to come approve the work .Billed $15,000 repair but declined. Resolution Sought I want you to pay for the repair.

This aftermarket vehicle company has been giving the owner of the vehicle, and us the repair facility the run around since April 14 2021. the company has had outrageous request from taking pictures of A/C lines leaking (Freon is not a liquid it is a vapor) and taking picture of a defective thermostat (which is an internal part). these request were made after customer left for initial inspection, we had to call customer back in order to take "pictures" and this company would not compensate for the time we took to meet there needs. Once all this was done and approval given they are refusing to pay their portion of the invoice. Resolution Sought I would like this business to pay the invoice. If I could give this business a 0 star I would have
