We hired Allegiance movers in Jan 2021. They "supposedly " catered to Disabled Veteran" and older persons". LIES. THEY QUOTED us $ 2350 from Rochester NY to Chattanooga. Paid 600 upon pick up and would be in Chattanooga by April. They never show up. My guy down their at the storage facility said the check here but they didn't show. I called Allegiance 18 times in the next 2 months. In another month, they called me and said they needed $3700. High jacking our home furnishings and lost $1000 earnest money. So I called The NY AG. They supposedly on take 12 of cases.. took ours hands down. Finally Allegiance called after their bribery attempt and said, where do you want your stuff dropped. I said Rochester (where they initially pock it uo) because you've screwed everything up. Onto of this we had to Stat in a furnished apt. for 2065$/MO. It's was supposed to be a 3 mos lease. We've been here 10 months. They gave 9 different dates they'd be here and 15 were lies AND THEY WERE PAID IN FULL.. FINALLY with a 1 hour notice, the driver call me and said hey we're an hour out. Than they called when they were 20 minutes out. I said if you were truly in Chattanooga why didn't get those calls....Caught Dead to rights. Well, Allah, ahg. So for $2350 , I paid that amount to have my home furnishing delivered right they were picked. BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY CONSISTENTLY LIED, DIDN'T RETURN CALLS FOR MONTHS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY CATER TO DISABLED AN Resolution Sought Just to let people know that Allegiance movers are poison. They even knew that my son was disabled and didn't give a ....Be careful they talk a good game. That's why they took $600 to pick everything up. They knew I wasn't gonna see it for less than DOUBLE THE PRICE!!
