My semi truck was here for repairs. I told them nox sensor was not the issue that I'd like them to check the harnesses. They claimed they did this was MIT true. I took it to another International in Ga and the harnesses were the problem. Allegiance also said that they did a clutch adjustment and they did not. They also put new motors for HVAC system without checking for leaks and freon level. Allegiance Trucks issued 3100 to Rush Truck Center in Ga with an apology via email. I have list income due to my truck being in shop for over a month. They also damaged my fender which was brand new. I'm unconfident that any repairs done at this shop were completed and have to get them redone. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is a complete refund for all repairs because I had to pay again at another shop and compensation for loss of income 8000$ a week.
