This company broke their promise, broke my things and is unwilling to provide their process to submit a claim. I chose them as they seemed to have a lot of positive reviews and they described their differentiator as a family business using the same crew and truck from pick up to delivery for an interstate move. They sent me emails promoting their 5-star ratings. However, these appear to have been submitted over a short period of time and as I have written reviews to share my negative experience but the business owner has attempted to delete, dispute and or bury my review to only showcase their positive reviews. Allegiance Van Lines broke their promise to use the same truck and crew for pickup and delivery. Their people arrived very late and worked hastily, poorly wrapped my things, scratched the wooden floors at the house and repacked my stuff into a different truck without alerting me of this change. They did not pack the 26ft U-Haul truck well so I was forced to make hard decisions of what things to leave behind. When their truck arrived at drop off, not only was the truck different, but so was the driver and the crew. 4 Hispanic men picked up my things at pick up but at delivery 2 African-American men showed up. I had less manpower to help move my things. Before they would open the truck, the company demanded to be paid the installment Additionally, the new 26ft Enterprise truck was not full to capacity as the original 26ft U-Haul truck so in my opinion I was overcharge Resolution Sought I would like to get 25 of $11220 = $2805 and money for damages $3500 = $6305
