Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Short version: my husband is battling stage 4 cancer and I'm the ONLY income. I sent all paper work medical included and every other week I was being assigned to a different case manager to handle my case. I was being thrown around like a ball. I signed all the paper and submitted all their requests. From April 2025 till now January 2026 they have not come to a resolution stating the paper work was not filed properly They abandoned my case while collecting my money. Resolution Sought Refund my money

I have a tax bill, Alleviate Tax Rep told me that he could reduce or possibly eliminate. So to pay the fee, I had to get financed (the disputed amount above )As time went on, he ended up telling me that he/Govt. could only set me up w/IRS payment plan, based in my assets (house. IRA). I COULD'VE SET MYSELF ON A PAYMENT PLAN MYSELF W/OUT GETTING IN DEBT. He has enough experience to know this information & situation in advance I'm sure. . Resolution Sought Not to have to pay them for being deceived.
