We called for service on our heating system and were provided a quote of $351.00. The technician scanned our concierge credit card and said the charge didn't go through. My husband gave them another credit card !(Savor Capital) and the ran it too. A message came through Concierge stating the charges for $351.00 !had already gone through and was approved . When we told the technician he said unfortunately the Savor Capital had gone through too . We called Allgood and left multiple messages over the next few days to request they remove the 2nd (duplicate) charge leaving numerous messages with their billing department. They never returned any of our calls and we confirmed that they charged BOTH credit cards! We want the charge on the Savor credit card to be removed. Not to mention the part we need to fix our system had to be ordered and the repair was prepaid and has not been completed yet Resolution Sought My husband Gabe then another credit stating the charges for $351.00!. We want the charge on the Savor credit card to be removed. Not to mention the part we need to fix our system had to be ordered and the repair was prepaid and has not been completed yet.
