The owner of this company Cecil Terry was suppose to pave my road for me in August.. He told me I had to pay half the money down of $5,500 which was $2 750 that I paid down. And he still has not came and done the work for me.. Resolution Sought I want him to return the $2,750 back to me that he owes me.

Company states: This customer made an agreement with me, but I was a week late, so he decided not to have me do the job. When I asked him for his address so I could send him a refund he wouldn't give it to me. He wanted the original check back, but it had already been deposited. He told me he gave me the money in person, and he wanted it returned in person. I would appreciate it if he would give me his mailing address and I will mail him a refund.

After waiting a week like he asked me to, he just kept putting me off week after week. So, I asked him to bring me my money and leave it in my mailbox, He told me he would send two of his guys with the money, but he never did. Now he's asking if he can mail me a check and is asking for my address, when it's already noted on my invoice. Please mail me my money as soon as possible. This has been going on since August 2022.
