I would like for the company to fire her. To hire someone who has more respect for customers.

On November 23, 2019 I experienced issues with a gas attendant at 9:03 A.M. The gas attendants name is Sophia. She was Extremely rude to me when I requested to receive change back after purchasing gas. She says to me as I was walking back to the door "Were you coming back in here for something"? I responded "Yes, for my change back." She then Yells "Well I was about to go to the bathroom." I said "I just want my change back that I am owed." She then says to me "Well you don't have to have an attitude". I could not believe she said that to me. As I was leaving continuing my conversation on the phone she comes to the door and yells out "What did the person on the phone say to you about me?" I told her and she was acting as if she wanted to react to my response. Then she shuts the door. As I went to my car a 71-year-old approached my car once I got in. She said to me " That lady is extremely rude to me as well. She always is." She also said she wants had to wait up to 45 minutes just to get her change bag while the gas attendant finished what she was working on. I was in disbelief. The 71-year-old then went on to say that she slammed the money now to give to her. The person that I was on the phone with also was having me how rude the gas attendant has been to him as well and to others that he witnessed. I was told that she is the manager. I really don't understand how that could be the case and how she has been there for so long when she's completely unprofessional.
