In April of this year, 2022, we contacted Alliance Moving and Storage LLC to move our household from Winston-Salem, NC to Winter Springs, FL. They sub-contracted a company called Barahona Moving and Storage and it was a total nightmare from beginning to end, the worst moving experience I have ever experienced! They kept changing the price and hijacked our furniture. Once it was on the truck, they raised the price several times for different bogus additions. They didn't come to Winston-Salem on time - 2 days late! Then they arrived in Florida a day plus a few hours later than promised with a myriad of excuses. And that's not the worst part - they went through the house and just gathered our belongings and threw them into unlabeled big boxes too heavy to lift, mixing the rooms and making it impossible to find things when they were moved into the new house. Boxes were thrown around and many of them were crushed. Many of our items came to us broken beyond repair, some irreplaceable, and some things were actually missing, such as the large mirror for our dresser, some tools and kitchen items. We are in our 70's and this has been overwhelming for us to deal with. God help anyone who uses this service - they deserve to go out of business and lose their license! Resolution Sought A refund of $5,000.00.

We made a $4,100.00 deposit with Alliance, for a move from Lutz, FL to Carmel, IN. Job # RL551729. 8They did not call or show up for the move. We applied for a full refund, but never received a response from them. Our move was in June 2021, and we cannot now get in touch with them. They may have moved, or out of business. Resolution Sought Fully refund our deposit.
