This individual conducted herself in the most UNPROFESSIONAL manner I've ever seen.

I came to the ER here at LAC+USC medical center, at the triage 7 entrance I came across the female "security" there and I had asked her a simple question and comment about having to step out for a minute, mind you I am a 36 year old Army Veteran. I served my country Honorably for 8 years and now I am a security guard myself. This individual conducted herself in the most UNPROFESSIONAL manner I've ever seen. I was even embarrassed for her, all the mean while she was barely keeping her eyes open and slurring, that's how groggy and tired she was I'm guessing, and not only did she conduct herself in that way but she was very rude, it's like she was mad at me for interrupting her beauty rest or something. This really pisses me off, how is anyone suppose to feel safe with someone like that "holding down the fort"?? That is an embarrassment to the damn badge. Makes me glad I didn't chose Alliance for an employer, these people need to be more disciplined and have more pride in their Job. These security guards are around people all day long, if I was a terrorist that would be my way in for sure, she'd be the easiest Target to eliminate. Today's date is 3/12/2020 0440-0534 hrs.
The individual is a female curly hair, dark completed and around 5'2-5'4 maybe African American. Just reprimand this individual or something, put her ass through training again. FIRE HER. SOMETHING.
